Support Response Times

All support requests are responded to within minutes and are given a priority based upon the incident severity. Rest assured, your critical issues will be addressed with blazing speed.

Support Incident Priorities

Major mission critical services are affecting a substantial number of end users with no workaround.
Large number of end users have disrupted workflow but are able to use workaround to complete work OR a mission critical service only affecting a few users.
Affects only a few end users but does not complete stop work as users can utilize a workaround or accomplish other tasks during repairs.
No major impact to users or affects end users only in a very minor way. Most common non-critical applications or issues with workaround.

Every support request is a snowflake so we cannot guarantee incident resolution times. We can share that our average incident resolution time is 17 minutes.
